Our stage manager was so nice that night...well, she's usually nice, but that night she bought us cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory to wish us luck. Never mind that it was still semi-frozen--we dug right in. And it sure beat the SeaWorld baked desserts, which they had for everyone after the show.
Yep, there we are, all scarfing our faces before going on stage. If anyone's ever tried eating then exercising then you know that we were all burping up Dulce de Leche for the next hour. Sorry, I guess that's not a pretty image.
But nothing could beat the 80's rock-style band they'd hired for the post-show entertainment! They came complete with big hair and everything. We were rockin' out to Bon Jovi and Van Halen!
Ah yes, it was a great evening!
By the way, the picture of Adam at the top is in what will be our backyard. He was so excited to see bluebonnets!

I can't WAIT to see it!!! Rylee can't either. . . . . she told me ;) I would be excited about bluebonnets in my backyard too!
OK, that picture of Adam next to the smallest patch of bluebonnets I've ever seen (is that the patch on DeZavala?)... is hilarious!
Hooray for your new show, but a BIGGER HOORAY for your house!! I think I want blue bonnets in my back yard now too. :)
congrats on the new show! and gotta love cheesecake factory cheescake! still a highlight of the last vegas trip! and I'm so excited for your future yard. mine came already done -- good in a way, but doesn't leave much for creativity unless I pull it all up and start over, lol.
We saw Azul last weekend, and it was AMAZING!! I'm not sure if you were in it, but I looked for you anyway. I'll have to find out when you're performing and make sure we see you the next time we go!!
